These Cacao/ Breathwork Ceremonies are an opportunity to reconnect to your heart, awaken your inner guidance, and heal from the past.

Cacao, known as "food of the Gods" have been used ceremonially for centuries in Central/ South America. Cacao is known as a sacred medicine, as it connects you back into your heart & allows you to connect more deeply to yourself and those around you. During the "Cacao Ceremony" we will honor the Mayan culture of which the cacao comes from, and intentionally drink this "medicine."

The cacao ceremony will be followed by a Transformational Breathwork Ceremony, where you will be guided on a journey to heal & transform. Breathwork is a powerful practice that allows you to release stored energy, and emotions, in order to feel lighter and more energized in your day to day life.
